How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Holesdare Floor Coating to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- A call or message you had with Holesdare Floor Coating
- The way we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Holesdare Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@holesdare.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean talking with the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If our answer does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
